Pre Production Paperwork
A location reece form allows us to find where we are filming as a group and also helps us find our way to the filming area accurately. it gives accurate directions from our school where every member of our group is familiar with which will guide them easily.
The client release form is very important, it is a agreement amongst the people that participate that they will be at a certain location at a certain time agreed so there will be no exception for people not turning up. this will make everything more rapid and organised in our production group but must of all the best quality we can produce.
The production schedule is used to let the members that are taking part know when and where they will be shooting specific shots. Contact numbers are also used on the form for any problems or inquiries the cast have. It states whom is in charge of directing, editing, camera work, so that the cast know who they need to talk to. Production schedule is important as the cast need to know when and where they are filming as well as who is responsible for certain roles for any problems they may have.
The location release for is a document that shows we are legally taking footage and the right to be filming. the production members will take all responsibility to if there is any inflict or damage cause upon the usage of the area. Also this form allows to give a specific time and location where our filming events will take place.
The risk assesement is the summary showing the problems that could
occur in the scene off filming. we will do this to make sure that all people
acting and involved in the filming is safe while filming. This is important
paper work as the safety of our team is vital
